Cendana District West offers free surface lot parking as well as detached garages for residents.

Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.
When is trash pickup?
Garbage is collected on Sunday – Thursday from 8pm to 10pm.

The dog park is located at the back of building 4

Currently we have an open first come first serve parking policy.

Yes, the resident must use their ICT or protege mobile app in order to access any amenities.

Resident submits request to the office, Team checks availability, Resident completes rental form and pays fee & refundable deposit, and then the reservation is confirmed
